The ultra-portable Tascam DR-03 voice recorder is specially designed for university and college students. It is actually Tascam’s most affordable recorder so far. Priced at sub-$100, the voice recorder features a built-in high-quality condenser microphones which are recorded voice as either WAV or MP3 files to a microSD card.
